About

Music making and improvisation workshops for LGBT people and their friends/allies, to explore alternative ways of creating meaningful community culture.

A non-profit, London-based pilot project to counter the marginalisation of LGBT creativity within grass roots and commercial music making.

Providing an alternative to the current community provision for LGBT music making in London (classical orchestra or choir singing).

Catering for all levels, beginner to advanced, in a mixed group. No music reading skills are required.

The teaching techniques used initially encourage voice work and body percussion (e.g. clapping). Participants can also bring their own instruments, use those provided or continue solely with voice.
